HEILBRONN/HAMBURG, April 2nd, 2015 - Philips and Schwarzer Cardiotek today officially announced the signing of a reseller agreement to market the Schwarzer Cardiotek product cardWorks. cardWorks is a cardiology information management and reporting system, which was developed to optimize the workflow in the cardiac cath lab and includes automated methods for procedure logging and report generation.
Philips Healthcare Informatics will act as a partner in the German-speaking countries, providing advice and solutions to those who want to implement modern and effective cardiology information systems in hospital-based or private cardiac cath labs.
Through the sales cooperation in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), the two companies expect an improved market access and an enhanced range of solutions in the field of interventional cardiology. cardWorks increases workflow efficiency and improves the quality of the entire modality.
