Extended Medtronic EMEA co-marketing cooperation

Schwarzer Cardiotek GmbH (SCT) and Medtronic Inc. (MDT) have reached an agreement to extend the existing co-marketing agreement on the SCT Electrophysiology-technology portfolio (that previously was in place exclusively for the German market) to cover all EMEA as from Oct 1st, 2017. The co-marketing agreement means that Medtronic Inc. have the option to promote the Schwarzer Cardiotek EP-TRACER product family to their customers as part of a commercial agreement. Frank-P. Klein (CEO of SCT) commented: “The extended co-marketing agreement with Medtronic is a proof of SCT’s quality and capacity as a medical solutions provider. Medtronic is one of the leaders in the Healthcare industry today and we are very proud of being recognized as a valuable partner to them. We expect to see our marketshare grow in 2018 and beyond as a result of this cooperation”
