As a high-tech company with a 60 years long tradition, we develop and produce worldwide leading solutions for medical diagnostics focusing on hemodynamics and electrophysiological measuring stations, as well as data management solutions for the interventional cardiology field.

For our company in Maastricht, in the Netherlands we are searching for:

Administrative Assistent (m/f/d) part-time (15-20h/week)

Tasks:
- Administrative support
- Cooperation in the field of office management (telephone exchange, guest hosting, travel management)
- Completion of various project-related special tasks as well as general assistance and organization works
- Input activities into an in-house computer program (proalpha)

Your Profile:
- Successfully completed business education
- Several years of experience in the secretariat or as an assistant
- Team-oriented thinking and working, organizational skills and foresighted thinking
- Very good knowledge of Dutch (mother tongue), German and English
